岗位职责 Core Responsibilities

Support end-to-end project delivery

• requirements → UAT → go-live
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document BRD / user stories / process flows
• Track project progress, timelines, and key deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders (business, IT, vendors)
• Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect tracking

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance / financial services / IT projects
• Basic understanding of non-life insurance (motor, property, claims, underwriting)
• Experience in business analysis or system implementation support
• Familiar with requirement documentation and process mapping
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
