岗位职责

  • 负责中心内咨询顾问增员任务，达成中心满编；
  • 制定创说会等增员活动的开展计划，执行和落实增员招聘流程，负责增员初筛，进行候选人的初试；
  • 负责MOB0-2咨询顾问的制式培训、销售技巧和销售技巧训练、辅导工作，提升咨询顾问综合素质。 任职资格
  • 本科以上学历，在金融-保险、金融-互联网金融行业，有3年以上新人组训工作经验，27-35岁以下，
  • 担任销售培训、销售效能与分析、销售支持、培训与发展，
  • 熟悉办公软件-Office软件-EXCEL、办公软件-Office软件-PPT、共同资源类技能-人力资源-人力培训，
