岗位职责
- 贯彻执行公司规章制度、监管规定、行业自律规范及法律法规，依法合规经营；
- 协助部门经理工作，根据部门工作计划，制定并落实团队年度业务计划达成及各项经营指标；
- 组织实施销售工作，持续维护客户关系，推动业务持续发展；
- 队伍有限增员和日常培养；负责团队建设和日常基础工作管理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 沟通能力良好，有责任心；
