岗位职责
- 制定部门年度人力计划和完成措施，统筹全业务人员团队建设、培训体系搭建；
- 统筹广西全区业务人员的日常经营管理（如开单率、活动率、绩优占比的追踪与督导），对接保险协会执业合规等；
- 牵头全区乡镇保险资源、人力覆盖，配合项目开展覆盖建设工作 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具备较强的沟通能力、数据分析能力、项目经营管理经验；
- 倾向招募有队伍培训经历人员，行业不限
