岗位职责
- 负责客户旅程体系建设，挖掘客户需求，制定客户旅程精细化运营策略
- 负责监测、分析运营数据，挖掘业务问题，提高优化运营效率，实现运行KPI达成
- 参与创新项目的规划与落地，统筹协调各团队工作推进
- 完成日常上级交办各项事务 任职资格 1、3年以上的运营经验，有保险行业客户运营经验优先 2、有较强的数据分析和洞察能力 3、有责任心，以结果为导向 4、对养老行业有从业经验优先
