The Services Account Manager 40 is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through personalized service. The role assists in executing strategic sales plans, focusing on Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, and Contract Renewals.

The role works under direct supervision, adheres to operational policies, providing comprehensive support for in-scope processes. The role monitors competition, offering feedback to enhance sales and marketing efforts. The role supports business forecasting and engages in sales processes, acquiring job skills and learning company procedures to complete routine tasks efficiently.
