As Manager Compliance LA&C , you will help ensure our operations across Latin America & Canada align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. You will strengthen ethical business practices, manage compliance risks, support investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Ethics & Compliance Program.

Your day-to-day Implement and monitor compliance strategies, policies, procedures, training, and awareness initiatives. Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance Program across the region. Conduct compliance reviews, audits, monitoring activities, and periodic risk assessments. Develop risk-detection and evaluation mechanisms and support practical mitigation plans. Prevent and detect illegal, unethical, or improper conduct through effective controls and monitoring.

Lead or support privileged compliance investigations, ensuring concerns are handled professionally and corrective actions are implemented when required. Partner with internal collaborators to assess reports of potential misconduct and support disclosure to authorities when warranted. Provide compliance-related support for international operations, new business models, M&A, and joint venture transactions. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to promote ethical decision-making and a strong culture of integrity.

Who we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field. 9+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Investigations, Legal, Governance, or related functions, preferably within multinational organizations. Experience implementing and supervising compliance and ethics programs. Proven experience in risk assessments, audits, monitoring activities, and investigations.

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Ability to independently drive regional initiatives and influence senior collaborators across functions and geographies. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team member management skills. Advanced English proficiency. Why PMI?
