Maintenance Lead

Qualification IMA Experience is a must Purpose Lead the elimination of maintenance and breakdown losses while building team capability to deliver business results across assigned production lines. Own Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, and Maintenance Cost Management DMS. Act as the technical expert for troubleshooting and problem solving. Support the deployment of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and ensure compliance with PMI standards and OPEN+ requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and legal requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Participate in Daily Direction Setting and define maintenance actions for planned downtime. Support quality improvements, Reapplication Management, and Kaizens in line with QMS requirements.
• Coach teams on problem-solving tools and ensure process modifications maintain product quality.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities, prioritize work orders, and ensure technical documentation and spare parts are up to date.
• Contribute to annual maintenance planning, improve maintenance strategies, and support Defect Handling activities.
• Drive machine performance improvements by reducing planned and unplanned downtime. Monitor Repair and Maintenance costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Promote continuous improvement, validate Kaizens, and ensure alignment across functions.
• Support implementation of standard pillar processes and develop team capability in preventive maintenance, technical expertise, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure completion of training plans and qualification requirements.

Education and Experience

Technical School qualification (Secondary Technical School or Technical University). Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience. Experience in people coordination is an advantage. Language and Functional Skills

• Local language and basic English.
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and train-the-trainer capability.
