As a Direct Retail Operations Executive , you will oversee the end-to-end operations of IQOS Stores within your assigned territory to ensure a seamless and compliant consumer experience while delivering business results.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets by tracking store performance and implementing action plans. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a consistently high-quality consumer experience across all stores. Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory, logistics, store orders, and retail systems. Develop and coach Area Sales Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve customer escalations to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Capabilities Strong retail operations, sales management, and territory management expertise. Proven ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and execute action plans. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational compliance and detail.
