• Develop structural building standard guidelines covering substructure through roof systems.
• Create a standard material requirement list for key building components.
• Produce a practical reference for quickly defining required structural and finishing work.
• Support more consistent workplace design across Sampoerna office locations.

What You'll Do

• Review PMI Workplace guides and relevant engineering references.
• Develop technical specifications for office and warehouse structures.
• Prepare technical standards for outdoor structural elements.
• Translate requirements into clear drawings, visuals, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Commercial, Service Delivery, Security and Market Safety, and contractors.
• Present recommendations and finalize approved standards.

Skills & Capabilities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP2000 or ETABS and AutoCAD.
• Ability to create visuals using Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
• Understanding of building structures and construction materials.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize technical information accurately.
• Collaborative and proactive working style.
