Mission and Team hook Coordinate the design, development and rollout of global finance systems and processes for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting (PBF&R), while ensuring that data is accurate and reliable. Work with Finance, business and IT teams to understand current and future requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Identify and deliver improvements that add value to the business.

Impact you will own -Support Finance Global PBF&R team regarding their systems solutions and processes -Ensure that the PBF&R finance applications and systems are end user ready and updated What you will do -Support the design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes -Conduct acceptance testing and support worlwide user community to facilitate the adoption of existing or new functionalities.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data used in PBF&R finance applications and that overall system is end user ready and updated Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the finance system landscape by acting as an intermediary between Finance , Business and IT Teams, ensuring that technology solutions address the business needs -Evolve our Finance applicational and data landscape, by designing, rolling out and continuously improving processes used within the Team and across the relevant stakeholders -Act as SME in solution building or process redesign projects ensuring they deliver the expected business outcomes -May have interns under supervision and coordinate work of others Skills and Capabilities -Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science; Computer Science or similar -Minimum 5 years of experience ideally in multinational environment in the areas of finance, data analytics or systems and information management.
• Solid knowledge of one or more financial systems and tools -Strong analytical and conceptual thinking -Proactive & Curious attitude -Ability to articulate and translate into action technical and operational subjects -Past experience with Financial Applications and programming languages (SQL) is a plus -Advanced level of English spoken and written -Advanced level of MS Office usage, namely Excel and PowerPoint Rewards and Benefits Permanent local contract with a competitive salary plus Tabaqueira’s employee benefit including:
