The Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive leads on-ground activations across all trade channels for both Combustible Cigarettes (CC) and Smoke-Free Products (SFP) within a designated region. This role ensures flawless execution, drives business outcomes, and gathers consumer insights to support brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless execution. TPA Coordination Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related challenges. Consumer Insights & Reporting Gather product and engagement feedback; regularly share insights to foster continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring Track activation KPIs; document learnings and provide updates to your Supervisor.

Route Planning Work with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; verify route plans according to brand cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines. Experience in cross-functional projects. Field sales experience is advantageous. Valid Philippine driver’s license with proficient driving skills.
