Overview

The scope carries higher responsibility as a BPO from the business side. Would support iSales BEL/AZE rollout and iSales Remediation 3.0 also as a BPO Responsibilities Lead BD&SE digital demand as a BPO; Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa; Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and scope; Coordinate communication between all parties involved; Support digital deployment activities; Manage the rollout of digital tools, systems, and process changes; Coordinate testing, validation, and go-live readiness; Track deployment progress and resolve blockers; Collaborate with BD&SE, Reporting, Routing, and SFA teams; Gather business inputs and ensure needs are reflected in solutions and

Commercial AOP; Support process design and execution for field-facing digital tools; Help ensure reporting logic, routing rules, and SFA functionality are properly implemented; Provide functional guidance and issue resolution; Troubleshoot deployment issues in partnership with IT; Support users during implementation and hypercare; Escalate critical issues when needed and follow through to closure; Drive adoption and process improvement; Help users understand new digital capabilities and workflows; Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency and user experience; Support change management and communication efforts.

Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector; Experience in sales across various distribution channels; Proven experience in developing and implementing digital sales tools; English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher; Proficient user of MS Office programs; Strong leadership and management skills; Strong analytical skills; Good programming skills, including working with various databases; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Presentation skills; Coaching and training facilitation skills.
