Quick Look Pay

$24.45 per hour Location: Dayville, CT Work Days: Flexible Schedule. Employees select schedules in 4-hour increments. Must average less than 28 hours/week. Hours are not guaranteed. Shift can occur at any time based on business need. Shift segments are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Start Time

Variable. Select 4-hour increments through an online process.

End Time

Variable.

Example

starting at 8:00 am means ending at 12:00 pm. If 2 blocks are selected in a row, starting at 8:00 am means ending at 4:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications

You are 18 years of age or older You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation Support facility operations by packing beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, maintaining equipment, and moving materials where they're needed.

What You’ll Do

Construct boxes and pack them full of products people know and love Move parts and/or product around the site as needed Maintain housekeeping and complete specific sanitation tasks as required What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
