• Contribute to development of the Annual Operational
• Plan, own full year marketing calendar development and execution Shape and deliver innovation pipeline, including product & package development in collaboration with a cross-functional team Ensure profound and efficient shopper marketing plans created in collaboration with the demand acceleration team Monitor and analyze brand performance data on a regular basis to propose corrective measures and learnings to fuel brand future growth
• Partner with consumer and shopper insights to ensure a deep understanding of the audiences and leverage this knowledge to strengthen marketing plans Support Marketing Manager and contribute to long-term brand strategy development P&L management A&M planning & control Требования: Recent 3 years + of marketing experience preferably in brand & innovation development University Degree & passion in marketing

• Strong time management capabilities and communication skills Perfect balance of analytical & creative thinker, transforming data & consumer insights into business solutions & actions PowerPoint, Excel proficient user, Nielsen advanced user Upper-Intermediate and higher in English
