Why Join As a Business Banking Product Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial solutions that help businesses thrive. You'll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our customers, and drive growth for the bank. It's a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, product expertise, and collaboration.

How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, and continually monitor and refine existing ones. Your ability to analyze complex data, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving business outcomes.

What you do

• Develop product proposition and strategy to grow the financing product portfolio which involves in launching new products and initiatives, as well as planning & executing activities in line with business goals
• Drive product acquisitions, balances and manage product deployment for delivering of KPI Work with key stakeholders to develop product features based on requirements including system development enhancement
• Manage regulatory and system reporting requirements
• Work with digital marketing on the marketing activities for digital products
• Provide relevant training to relevant stakeholders on new products if there are product enhancements/changes
• Support day-to-day product & service enquiries from stakeholders Who you are A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least
• 7 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the banking industry and market trends
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers
