Loan Documentation Specialist Job Responsibilities

Handle credit administration tasks and process legal loan documentation to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with solicitors, business teams, internal legal counsel, and credit risk management to prepare and finalize security documents. Ensure all tasks comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, meeting deadlines and verifying that all Conditions Precedent are fulfilled before disbursement. Support general administrative duties such as credit support, report preparation, budgeting, and project planning as needed.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of credit-related experience, particularly in loan documentation for both pre- and post-disbursement stages. Preference for candidates familiar with documentation processes for commercial and corporate clients. Degree in banking, management, accounting, law, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and quality.
