Head of Wealth Management Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day product management of retail products, such as the implementation of product strategies, monitoring of product performance and ongoing management of risk associated with the products. Drive diversification of products offering contributing to growth of product sales and revenue, and ultimately contribute to MO CFS financial target growth. Establish effective relationship and constantly promote collaboration with various departments within HKMO to support the delivery of product objectives.

Ensure effective and prompt communication with frontline on changes to the Bank’s product offering, policies, and procedures. Work effectively with third party product / services providers including Fund Houses and Insurance companies on distributor due diligence, new product distribution, market update and product trainings. Ensure selling process and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory and Group guidelines Requirements: Bachelor’s degree holder in business related areas 5+ year of management work experience in banking with solid knowledge of deposits, loan, investment & insurance Possesses management and leadership skills Possesses market insight and knowledge, with experience in business development.
