You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs and desires of our clients and matching them with our products and services. You'll need to be proactive, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing exceptional service to build trust and loyalty. What you do

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships to drive business growth
• Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities to provide personalized solutions
• Present and promote our products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and resolve client issues
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Who you are - A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
