Otis büyüyor- Mersin lokasyonumuzda ekibimize dahil olmak üzere Servis Teknisyeni olarak görev yapacak bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz. Önceliğiniz, bir asansör / yürüyen merdiven ünitesinin güvenli bir şekilde çalışmasını ve yolcuların / paydaşların güvenliğini sağlamaktır.

Temel Sorumluluklar Bölgede bulunan ünitelerin periyodik bakım ve servis hizmetlerini sağlamak. Arızalara zamanında müdahale etmek ve gerekli gördüğü durumlarda düzeltici önlemi almak için Servis Uzmanı ile görüşmek. Müşterilerin OTIS ürün, hizmet ve hizmetlerinden memnun olmalarını sağlamak. Ünitelere yapılan bakım ziyaretlerinde gördüğü ve müşterilerden aldığı parça değişimi, onarım, modernizasyon gibi talepleri not alarak Servis Uzman’ına iletmek.

Nitelikler Meslek Lisesi ve/veya Meslek Yüksek Okulunun Asansör veya Elektrik Bölümlerinden mezun olmak. Asansör sektöründe en az 2 yıl deneyimli olmak. Çeşitli üniteler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak. Müşteri ile iletişim kurma becerisine sahip olmak.
