Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment. Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software. Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations. Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders.

Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment. Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software. Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations. Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders. Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements.
Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions. Work on a rotating shift basis, including on-call. Background in Linux. Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling). If this is the challenge you are looking for and you meet the above requirements, we want to talk to you.
