This position is based in Nashville, TN The LVV team is seeking experienced vendor managers who have worked directly in infrastructure deployment or supported continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivering data center capacity at scale. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to data center delivery will be critical to maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities

This position is based in Nashville, TN This is a high-impact role responsible for leading, driving, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical data center infrastructure builds on our roadmap. The position offers a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and requires effective engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including design, engineering, operations, supply chain, external vendors, and network delivery teams.

Major responsibilities include: End-to-End Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, including vendor management, the procurement lifecycle—from requests for proposals through purchase order issuance—continuous improvement, training and education, and customer delivery.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.

Project Management

Oversee a broad portfolio of global data center projects, with the goal of delivering capacity to customers on time and as efficiently as possible.

Project Planning

Develop and implement long-term strategies that reduce complexity and increase the speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects.

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, conduct monthly business reviews, and address concerns promptly. Frequent communication with executive leadership is expected.

Paid time off

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
