As a Product Technician (Cost and Quality), you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the PSG PTE organization in achieving cost and quality objectives.

Own and sustain the Product Engineering team’s cost reduction, scrap, and quality dashboards and analysis tools. Extract, transform, and load data required to develop new dashboards and analysis tools. Support product owners in making data-driven decisions by identifying high-impact focus areas and prioritizing improvement efforts accordingly. Collaborate with the Product Engineering team to develop new models and algorithms that identify improvement opportunities in cost, scrap, and quality performance.

Support report automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and timeliness.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or an equivalent field. Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar capacity or function. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Advanced programming skills and experience using statistical software such as Excel, Minitab, DataPower, or Exensio. Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Python is an added advantage.
