Education - Accountancy or any business-related course undergraduate

Responsibilities

Identify the emails and tag to the responsible persons. Helps in closing Request for Receipt SharePoint and releasing invoices on hold. Scan, split and rename the invoices for processing Handles and responds to supplier queries sent to the central email address. Identifies significant recurring issues and coordinate with the team for resolution. Identifies areas for improvement in the business cycle for A/P and recommends them for management's consideration.

Roamer to help out in other areas within the group.

Qualifications

Familiar with Windows applications. Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
