Job description

Responsibilities

Prompt response/service to customers. Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8D reports. Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaints reduction. Field failure verification for customer complaints.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering. Excellent communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill Good at English (spoken and written) Strong PC skill especially on datamining.

Independent working behavior Preferred Qualifications
