Test Process Engineer

Job description

Key Responsibilities

-

• Lead yield improvement, productivity and cycle time improvements.
• Support of production lot disposition, determine root cause and fixes.
• New product/process introduction, develop procedures and process controls for high volume manufacturing.
• Develop jigs and fixtures as needed.
• Develop production training materials and OCAPs.

Requirement

1. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Eletrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or equivalent. 2. 0 - 3 years of working experience in related field. Required Skills:-

• Self-motivated team player with high level of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently in a fast- paced global team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with semiconductor test process.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or basic programming (e.g., Unix/Linux, C++) is advantageous.
