Nucor Steel Indiana Location: Crawfordsville, IN, United States Other Available Locations:N/A Application Deadline: 10/28/26 Basic Job Functions: The Coatings Complex Administrator responsibilities will include but are not limited to day-to-day administrative activities in the Coatings Complex department such as administering payroll, document control management, reporting, project management software administration, providing backup coverage for other department administrators roles and responsibilities and other duties assigned.

This individual will also be responsible for tasks such as newsletter composition, invoice receiving, requisition entries, inventory management, physical inventory support, raw materials purchasing and tracking, and other tasks that support the function, efficiency, and success of the Coatings Complex department. This individual will demonstrate effective communication skills as they will be required to work cohesively across multiple departments including production, leadership, finance, purchasing, shipping, and other, as well as outside parties such as contractors and vendors while demonstrating confidentiality with all.

Minimum Qualifications

Microsoft Office experience Document management experience No relatives employed within the Coatings Complex department due to payroll processing (per Personnel Policy 21)

Preferred Qualifications
