Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Projects & Business Initiatives
• Lead key cross-functional projects and manage temporary project teams
• Deliver high-quality outcomes for both strategic and ad-hoc initiatives
• Provide strong support to business decision-making
• Market & Sales Intelligence
• Independently collect, integrate, and analyze internal and external market & sales data
• Develop and maintain robust data management and reporting processes
• Provide timely and accurate insights to support business decisions
• Business Performance Analysis
• Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate business performance
• Establish performance tracking frameworks and dashboards
• Identify key business issues and opportunities proactively
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Development
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand unmet needs
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Insight Communication & Decision Support
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to Sales & Marketing teams
• Influence stakeholders through data-backed recommendations
• Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Qualifications
• Master’s degree preferred
• Major in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or other related fields

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales analytics
• Strong expertise in data management and analysis
