• Take complete ownership of automations across different BUs and drive them from conception to deployment
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Power BI and Python Production
• Support for current automation inventory as a FTE member of the team Participate in feasibility studies, solution design, and technology decision-making processes
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Support initiatives to push adoption of new technologies by preparing and delivering training materials
• Lead and mentor junior developers for complex automations and create fungible team Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align digital initiatives with business goals Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Nomura Leadership Behaviours Explore Insights & Vision: Identify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.
