Are you ready to join us? A day in the life of... Drive performance with a focus on customer centricity, operational efficiency, and process optimization across all Master Data operations. Act as the single point of contact for Measures, Operational Master Plans (OMPs), and performance reviews, ensuring visibility and alignment across all Master Data operations. Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity, and standardization across all Master Data operations.

Analyze operational and master data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and performance reporting to support decision-making, productivity delivery, capacity optimization, and efficiency improvements. Support local and global initiatives by ensuring alignment of improvement programs, measures, and automation opportunities with business priorities. Drive the identification, prioritization, and implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives to improve performance and service quality across all Master Data operations.

Monitor KPIs and performance measures, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues impacting operational performance. What will make you successful...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of master data management, KPIs, performance measures, and reporting Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
