This role follows a Full-Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

What you’ll do

Inspire and energise your team to create unforgettable customer experiences every day. Coach and empower staff, fostering a collaborative environment committed to service excellence. Drive smooth boutique operations and lead by example in both customer service and efficiency. Motivate your team to achieve goals and celebrate wins as a group. Engage customers with your coffee passion, expert product knowledge, and high-impact sales skills.

Ensure all admin and reporting tasks are handled accurately, keeping the boutique on track.

Experienced leader with retail or hospitality experience who loves bringing out the best in teams and making customers smile. Motivator and coach—energises colleagues, inspires teamwork, and celebrates every win together. Ensure smooth boutique operations and deliver excellent service.
