• Achieve customer sales plan for assigned accounts
• Track daily sales performance vs. targets, including sell-in and sell-out
• Conduct regular store visits according to route plans
• Ensure effective in‑field execution and resolve operational issues Monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and stock aging at store level
• Work closely with distributors and merchandisers to ensure standard execution ARE YOU A FIT?
• Minimum
• 3 years of direct experience in local distributor management or direct accounts Experience in FMCG Sales is a must Solid experience in managing direct accounts
• Strong distributor and account management skills
