Shah Alam Complex, Selangor Degree: Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing, production, filling & packing, or FMCG industries

Key Responsibilities

Support filling and packing production lines to ensure smooth operation.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Improve line efficiency, reliability, and Asset Intensity (AI)
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety requirements
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams We're Looking For Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Hands-on problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, RCA, or 5 Why methodologies is an advantage Good communication and teamwork skills Experience in Beverage, Food, FMCG, or Packaging industries is preferred Why Join Us?
