Position Snapshot Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM | Asunción, Paraguay. Record to Report | Asistente Senior Contable Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. Nestlé Business Solutions is looking for extraordinary people to join our world-class team.

In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years. On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map.

Position summary El Asistente Senior Contable es responsable de realizar análisis y conciliaciones de cuentas, preparar reportes semanales y participar en reuniones periódicas con los mercados asignados para dar seguimiento a los resultados y pendientes. Además, brinda soporte a los mercados de LATAM, asegurando la precisión y calidad de toda la documentación de respaldo requerida para las operaciones contables. A day in the life of...

Realizar análisis y conciliaciones de cuentas para garantizar la precisión de la información financiera. Elaborar reportes semanales y asegurar su entrega en tiempo y forma. Participar en reuniones mensuales de seguimiento (WSR) con el mercado asignado. Dar seguimiento a temas pendientes y brindar soporte a los mercados de LATAM. Garantizar la exactitud y calidad de toda la documentación de respaldo obligatoria para los procesos contables.

What will make you successful Excel intermedio Inglés intermedio Experiencia en procesos contables (conciliaciones, reportes, balances, etc.) Graduado (o cursando) en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía o áreas relacionadas.
