Financial Advisor - Parsippany, NJ Launch your advisory career with M&T Bank. We’re seeking a licensed banker or early-career advisor to grow within the Northern New Jersey market—partnering with a top-producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.

What You’ll Do

• Build client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships
• Deliver investment and insurance solutions
• Support portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management
• Partner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams What You Bring: Banking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred)
