By providing end-to-end repair expertise on continuous improvement and enterprise initiatives, it ensures service operations are ready to effectively support repairs throughout the product lifecycle

Job Description

Join the Repair Effectiveness team to gain hands-on experience in service operations supporting Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Video Business units. This role offers exposure to end-to-end repair processes, operational repair readiness, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. You will work alongside technical and operational experts and contribute to high-priority operational initiatives aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Because our operational landscape evolves quickly, the specific initiative you work on will align with key business priorities at the time of your internship.

Basic Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field Graduation date no later then Dec. 2029.
