If you take pride in technical problem-solving and love the challenge of uncovering emergent issues in complex, integrated hardware and software, this is the role for you .
Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
Experience: A proven background in the test, validation, or integration of complex RF or electronics-based systems, preferably within an NPI or R&D environment .
Technical Proficiency
Expert hands-on experience using diagnostic tools like spectrum analysers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes to measure and verify RF performance .
Diagnostic Skills
A methodical approach to troubleshooting integrated hardware/software issues, with a proactive ability to operate as a "devil's advocate" during the design phase .
Educational Foundation
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related field .
Mindset
A practical, evidence-driven professional who is comfortable working with imperfect prototypes and can balance delivery pace with verification confidence .
