Job Description

Test Process Management: Oversee the entire product testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test plan creation to execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

Collaboration

Work closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the product development process.

Quality Assurance

Establish and maintain high standards for product quality and reliability through effective testing methodologies.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate potential testing risks and challenges.

Reporting

Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and overall product quality to senior management.

Basic Requirements

Strong background in LabView Development Experience. In-depth Knowledge in Hardware and RF testing principles and applications. Extensive Programming experience in C, C#, and C++. Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and test automation frameworks.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
