Job Description

Design, simulate, optimize, validate, and test two-way radio antennas for all product lines. Perform mechanical design, structural simulations, and optimization for antenna assemblies to meet product specifications. Conduct mechanical validation and physical testing of antenna designs to ensure compliance with internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna mechanical components into complete product hardware.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics and Forces, Thermal and Fluids, Control Systems, or a related field. Experienced with CAD, 3D modeling, and mechanical simulation tools; proficient in drafting mechanical prints with detailed specifications and testing criteria. Strong understanding of material properties, analytical problem-solving, and mechanical system behavior. Familiar with RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and CMW testers.

Good team spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
