Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 职责描述 ： Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customer’s new PO.

订单录入

根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统，并确保订单信息正确。

Order Backlog

Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan.

追货

帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期。

Payment

Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款。

Delivery

Provide shipping instruction to shipping department.

发货

安排发货事宜。

System

Maintain sales system.定期维护销售系统。

Report

Maintain CSR report.定期维护CSR相关报表。

Sample

Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求。

REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

Bachelor degree, majoring in English or business operation is preferred. 本科学历，英语或商务相关专业优先。 More than 1~2 years CSR related experience.1~2年以上客户服务相关经验优先。 Good English skills in written and oral. 良好的英语读写及口语能力。

Good computer skills

Excel, Word. 良好的计算机办公技能。 Detail orientated and professional. 注重细节并保持专业素质。 Able to work under owns initiative.能够独立开展工作。 Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
