Job Description

Summary: This is an IC design lead position in our Display Power team. His responsibilities range from specifying design targets, through block partitioning, transistor level design and layout supervision to the validation and debugging of the fabricated silicon.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Circuit design of building blocks, including analog design of key blocks Analysis and optimization of performance

• Design verification IC layout follow up
• Design for test, yield, reliability Cooperate with the digital team to define system architecture
• Write documentation for design and architectures
• Participate in the evaluation of silicon in the lab REQUIREMENTS: MSEE degree, 10+ years of experience in OLED Driver is preferred Familiar with CMOS or BCD process and devices
• Proficient with CAD tool environment and mixed-signal simulation
