More about this role Platform Management

Support daily operations on key ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), including product listing, content updates, and store maintenance.

Campaign Execution

Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns, mega sales events (e.g., 6.6, 7.7, 11.11), and brand activations.

Performance Tracking

Monitor and report on key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.

Content & Digital Assets

Coordinate with creative teams to develop product images, E-content, banners, and video assets for online stores.

Competitive Analysis

Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends across ecommerce platforms.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless online execution.

Ad Hoc Projects

Support the team on various digital commerce initiatives and special projects as needed Job specific requirements: Final-year university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields. Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and the FMCG industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pro-active, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) as a seller or shopper is a plus.
