Responsibilities and Tasks

Ensure Micron’s health programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and align with the management system and regulatory requirements. Plan, implement annual health inspection and management. Plan, implement health promotion activities. Implement the plane of return to work and fitness for work. Assist four major programs of occupational safety and health programs (Ergonomic, Workload, Maternal Health, Workplace Violence Protection) Plan, implement physician onsite service management.

First Aid, emergency treatment and care. Follow the injury or illness cases.

Workplace survey of health Education Required

College degree (or above) in Nursing or related fields.

Experience

Required: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in hospitals. Having factory nursing experience is preferred. Proven ability to successfully implement health programs is preferred.. Good communication skills.

Qualifications/Certifications Required

Nurse license. 52-hour Occupational Health Training qualifications.

Work Schedule & Shift Rotation This position requires shift work and follows a 4-3 rotating schedule on a two-week cycle: Week 1: 4 workdays, 3 days off Week 2: 3 workdays, 4 days off Average of 7 workdays and 7 days off every two weeks Shift Hours: Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (includes two 1-hour meal breaks)

Night Shift

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (includes two 1-hour meal breaks) Day and night shifts rotate approximately every 2 months Actual scheduling may be adjusted based on business needs About Micron Technology, Inc.
