Job Description

Job Description: Microchip Technology is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support assembly, testing, and packaging operations for Chip Scale Atomic Clock (CSAC) products in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and package precision miniature/micro electro mechanical components

• Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment
• Perform inspections and quality checks
• Support troubleshooting and process improvement efforts
• Follow cleanroom and safety procedures Requirements/Qualifications: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• 3+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred Experience with MEMS, microscope work, or semiconductor assembly is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency Preferred Experience: Wire bonding Datacon, MRSI, Tresky, or SMT pick-and-place equipment Vacuum soldering or hermetic sealing processes U.S.
