THE JOB

It is the primary responsibility of the Clerk Office Services II to deliver mail/packages to on-property departments and prepare mail/packages for external shipment. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE

$18 Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage the logistics of all incoming and outgoing packages, including sorting, processing, and preparing for delivery to ensure accurate and timely distribution Proficiently operate and maintain a variety of mailroom equipment to facilitate daily mailing and shipping operations
• Drive administrative services vehicle to mail sites to retrieve and deliver mail/packages
• Ensure mailing label accuracy and timely delivery for mail/package shipments
• Answer telephones while in the office and maintain an organized mail room THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma or GED required
