Your Responsibilities

Drive business growth by developing and implementing strategic account plans while maintaining strong customer relationships within a defined account base.

The responsibilities are as follows

Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand sales and deepen customer engagement. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by growing business within assigned accounts. Maintain active customer engagement through daily field visits, conducting product demonstrations, seminars, training sessions, and business reviews. Follow CRM best practices for lead, activity, opportunity, and order management to ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.

Establish trusted advisor relationships by mastering product knowledge and delivering exceptional customer support. Identify and create cross-selling opportunities to promote comprehensive Mettler Toledo solutions across the value chain. Utilize marketing materials and develop customer-facing content such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, adhering to corporate guidelines. Complete all required reports accurately and on time.
