Your Responsibilities

Record purchase invoices, expense bills, and service entries in TallyPrime with correct ledger classification. Verify invoice details against purchase orders, agreements, and supporting documents. Process vendor and supplier payments via bank transfers, cheques, or online modes. Deduct and record TDS/GST as per applicable laws. Maintain vendor ledgers, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies. Track payment due dates to ensure timely disbursements.

Assist in month-end closing and preparation of MIS reports. Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes What You Need to Succeed Educational Qualification Commerce graduate or postgraduate with first class grade

Technical Skills

1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in invoice booking and payments. Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel. Knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation with focus on GST &TDS.
