Your Responsibilities

Providing the highest quality maintenance services, such as installations, preventive maintenance, calibrations, technical inspections and repairs. Conducting training in the use of equipment, using modern technical and training materials. Providing technical advice, consultation and support related to our products and services. Accurate maintenance of service records and regular reporting of the status of service orders.

Participation in national and international service training. Taking care of customer satisfaction in accordance with the high standards of our company. Representing the company in the best possible way and building long-term relationships with customers. Close cooperation with other departments of the company, including the sales team, back office team and other service technicians. What You Need to Succeed Technical education (preferably in Electrical Engineering).

Technical skills in areas such as IT, mechanics, electronics and computer science. Good knowledge of English, Slovenian language is a benefit. Ability to work in Team environment Experience in repairing electronic devices. Ability to read electrical diagrams. Independence, creativity, initiative in action and good organization of work. A systematic approach to problem solving. Availability for frequent travel (4 days per week on average).
