Your Responsibilities

Join our accounting team and support the AP (Accounts Payable) team with daily accounting tasks and month-end closing activities in various reporting units. ✔️ Do you want to gain your first experience in accounting? ✔️ Do you want to combine your studies with work? ✔️ Do you feel comfortable communicating in English? ✔️ Are you studying or have you graduated in accounting/bookkeeping/economics, or maybe in a completely different field but want to enter the world of accounting?

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Processing documents in SAP VIM, Posting IC invoices, Generic mailbox managing, Weekly payment run preparation. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field. Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing, minimum B2 is a must). Numerical and analytical skills.

Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions❓. Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes. Good communication skills to collaborate with customers. Attention to details. Our Offer to You Mandatory contract (umowa zlecenie). Possibility to learn SAP system. Working in an international environment. Opportunity to use foreign languages on a daily basis. Hybrid work model (3 days of work from the office per week).
