您的工作职责 Define and implement quality control strategy Responsible for process quality control, internal & external customer quality issues resolution

• Maintain quality management system, ensure that all documents are compiled and completed
• Drive unit quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis of GQM, QN, LMES Improve the accuracy and reliability of quality data collection system, visualize data in a structured manner to provide early warning and prediction for quality control Team capability building
• Participate in internal and external audit, control nonconformities and take corrective actions Responsible for cross-unit communication and optimization for related quality processes
• Improve industrialization quality for new products 您的成功要素 Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Quality Management, or equivalent science/engineering field
